Raggedy Pumpkin: Crafty Time With Pam!

Hey girl, hey! I don’t know HOW Pam keeps sneaking into my craft room, but here we are! Pam is making a fun pumpkin craft today, and she calls it a Raggedy Pumpkin. Check out the video below or follow along here for all the steps!

Supplies:

Lowes or Home Depot: Large wood shims

Dollar Tree: Beaded circle wreath, 12 X 12 canvas

Walmart: Waverly Antique Wax

Hobby Lobby: Fabric, wheat stalks (clearance!)

Stash: Burlap, raffia

Let’s make it!

Y’all. Pam said we have to use these pictures because she’s looking good today. Here she is with large wood shims and the dollar tree beaded circle wreath.

Pam said she wants to be sure y’all see ALL the goodies. There’s no stopping her when she’s in a mood, y’all.

Our friend Ms. Kay sent this flag to Pam. Y’all know she’s going to fly that flag high!

And that handsome couple came from our friend Michelle! Pam says it’s the prettiest couple you ever did see.

Pam finally got down to business… that is, the crafting business…and hot glued her shims onto the canvas. She spritzed the wood with water and used Waverly Antique Wax to paint the wood. I have to give her credit; she painted the edges too!

Pam used strips of fabric and tied them onto the beaded wreath. She made single knots in between each bead at top and bottom.

Once all of the fabric strips were tied on, Pam trimmed the excess from the edge.

She then used a piece of burlap for the stem and added some greenery, wheat and raffia. She found a “Thankful” in my stash, and glued that on last! It’s okay, Pam, I’m sure I have an extra!

I told Pam she did great with this one, but she didn’t have time to talk. She had a hot date with her boyfriend so she was off like a prom dress!

Let me know in the comments what you think of Pam’s craft. I appreciate each one of you, even Pam!

Thanks so much for stopping by,

XOXO-Erin
