Lizzy and Erin Woodshop: Mr. and Mrs. Claus Ornament Duo, Rustic Ornament Trio

Amazon: Ranger Ground Espresso, Gator Microzip Sander, Deco Earth paint: Jade Green, Posca Paint pens, Sharpie Creative Markers, Toolie Art paint pens, Apple Barrel paint: Sunkissed Peach, Click here to check out my crafting essentials (This is an Amazon affiliate link and I may receive a small compensation for items purchased from this link.)

Milton’s Daughter: Debi’s Design Diary DIY paint

Dollar Tree: Makeup sponges

Let’s make it!

We will start with the Mr. and Mrs. Claus Ornament Duo!

I prepared by painting the backgrounds and a few accent pieces and used the masking tape technique to hold the tiny parts while I painted with my paint pens (see Amazon link above). I also used paint pens to highlight the facial features. Once everything was painted, I sanded them just a little.

I placed all of the pieces on and glued them with Stick Fast glue.

Now let’s make the Rustic Ornament Trio!

I painted these just like the ones above, with a variety of paints and paint pens. I also used Dollar Tree makeup sponges to paint the larger pieces.

Y’all, I used ALL the things, but you can use what you’ve got! I even used my Ranger Ground Espresso ink pad for some of the trim.

And here are our ornaments! Let me know in the comments how you might use yours, tree? Wreath? Package decoration? I appreciate each and every one of you!

Thanks so much for stopping by,

XOXO-Erin
