Let’s make it!
We will begin with the Ornament Wall Art:
I painted the frame a light gray. There are two layers, but you only need to paint the one that has little lines in the corners. That one is your top layer. Also, the panel that serves as the surface has etched lines that you can use an Xacto knife to define once it is painted if you want the shiplap look. I painted mine with a cream paint, then etched the lines.
I painted the top layer of the ornament black and the background pieces black and white using makeup sponges, and I painted the little hanger piece silver with my Toolie Art pen. I used my Posca Paint Pen to paint green on the branch and dried it with my heat tool. I dry brushed white on the branch and used a pink Toolie Art pen for the ribbon.
TIP: If you want more of a minimalist look, just leave off the ribbon layer. Click HERE for a quick painting tip!

I glued the pieces together with Stick Fast glue, and we have a beautiful ornament decor!

Now let’s make the Christmas Barn Votive Holder!
I prepared the surface by painting the base of the barn red and the roof and trim pieces white and sanded them down just a little with my Gator Microzip sander. I used my paint pens for the black, green, blue, yellow and red pieces
I used my Ranger Ground Espresso ink pad to add some distressing to the edges of the barn. I just scrubbed the ink pad along the edge and then wiped it down with a wet paper towel.

This project also has the holder for the votive candle! And if you want to use it year round, just leave off the Christmas pieces.

And here are our fun Christmas pieces! More to come tomorrow!
I hope you enjoyed these crafts! Let us know in the comments which one is your favorite. I appreciate each and every one of you!
Thanks so much for stopping by,
XOXO-Erin
