Hey y’all, hey! Not gonna lie, I’m not a professional charcuterier (or whatever it’s called!), but I did the research and it turned out beautiful AND delicious! My friends and I enjoyed our Friendsgiving dinner, and we had plenty of great dishes and fifteen people! We played games and ate turkey, ham and all the fixin’s. Check out the video below for all the steps to create it.

I shopped at Trader Joe’s for all the things, y’all. We had:

Salami flowers
Pepperoni flowers
Black olives
Grapes
A variety of cheeses. I used Swiss, colby Jack, pepper Jack and blueberry vanilla goat cheese! Yum!
Nuts
Crackers
Dried orange slices
Artichoke and spinach dip
Red pepper jelly
Mixed nuts
Assorted crackers
Melba toast
Lady Finger cookies
Cherry tomatoes
Baklava
Variety of Danish Butter cookies
Apple slices (dipped in lemon juice so they don’t turn brown)
Cranberries
Craisins
Pretzels
I started my charcuterie board about an hour and a half before guests arrived. I began with the meats, using a tumbler for the large flower and a shot glass for the smaller ones. You just lay the meat slices around the rim and add rows, alternating / offsetting each row. Just flip it over and you’ll have a flower!

Here’s how it’s going:
I cut the cheese rectangles into little triangles (learned this from my assistant Judie who IS a charcuterie expert, y’all!)
(It kinda looks like I know what I’m doing, girl, but I don’t! Still, I’m feelin’ fancy!)

While I’m putting this together, the turkey is on the smoker and the ham is in the oven. It is seriously smelling amazing over here!
About to add some apple slices:

I got little forks and plastic tongs from the Dollar Tree and put them around the board. Then I put foil over the top and put the board into the fridge to keep until my friends arrived.
Here are some closeups! (I covered the jars just for the fridge).

Is this beautiful or what? I’m loving how it turned out!

Y’all, I had no idea how to do this, but I watched videos and surfed the web, and here we are! I think it turned out fantastic!
Let me know in the comments if you’ve ever made a charcuterie board and what you put on it that is different. I think the possibilities are endless!
Thanks so much for stopping by,
XOXO-Erin
