Hey girl, hey! Today we are using a Dollar Tree photo frame and a napkin! The result is just as cute as can be, so I hope you’ll be inspired to try this craft also!
Check out the video below, or follow along here on the blog for all the steps.

Supplies:

Dollar Tree: Frame (bought around Christmas time), craft sticks
Dollar General: Napkins
Amazon: Mod Podge Click here to check out my crafting essentials (This is an Amazon affiliate link and I may receive a small compensation for items purchased from this link.)
Milton’s Daughter: Debi’s Design Diary DIY Paint: Hey Sailor (dark blue), White Swan
Let’s make it!
I painted the frame with two coats of Hey Sailor, and dried in between the coats.
Next, I wet the paint brush with water and then painted White Swan onto the frame and dried it with my heat tool.

I sanded it just enough to bring out some of the blue undercoat and the gold base color.

For the background, I hot glued craft sticks to the backing board that came with the frame. The board is a bit glossy, so I glued a bit extra on the edges. It’s already cute framed just as it is, but we are going to paint it!

I used White Swan to paint it and then I dried it with my heat tool.

I separated the layers of napkin (you’ll have either two or three ply) and put Mod Podge on the backing board. Then I smoothed the paper napkin over it and sanded the edges of the napkin off. I was hoping the lines would show between the craft sticks, and they do!
Once it was all sanded, I dried it with my heat tool.

Our frame has a kickstand, so little bunny can sit on a shelf or a tiered tray or wherever she wants!
I styled this quickly, and it needs more greenery, but here’s an idea:

She’s ready for her close up!

This is so stinkin’ cute, y’all! Let me know in the comments what inspires you to craft for spring! I appreciate each and every one of you.
Thank you so much for stopping by,
XOXO-Erin
