Hey girl, hey! How about a SOLAR powered water fountain? I saw this on TikTok and wanted to make one, so here we go!

Check out the video below, or follow along here on the blog for all the steps!
Supplies:
Costco: Big planter
Other: Potting soil, thrifted planters
Amazon: Solar powered fountain pump (it’s not expensive at all!) Click here to check out my crafting essentials (This is an Amazon affiliate link and I may receive a small compensation for items purchased from this link.)
Let’s make it!
For the most part, I’m using what I’ve got, y’all. I did buy the big planter from Costco, but I’m using flowers from an existing planter and I will add more later.
The red bucket in the center is just to take up space. You can add rocks at this point if you’d like.
I added potting soil and cleared away the dirt from the center so my metal bucket will sit on top. This bucket has holes in it that I need to fill, so I’m going to add another planter just for now. Once the holes are closed, I’ll put the water and fountain directly into the metal bucket.
I also put in some fake greenery just for filler.

That gray planter is just for now. I’ll pour the water into the metal bucket once I fill the holes.

Filling it up!

This solar fountain is here on Amazon. It comes with various tips to create different streaming effects for the water. There are also straws that you can put on the side so it will stay in the center of your fountain. I would need to give my straws a trimmy trim if I were going to keep the gray planter. They will probably fit well in the metal bucket though!

It’s splashing me, y’all! This is absolutely a WIN and I stinkin’ love it!

Let me know in the comments what you’re doing in your yard this spring! I appreciate each and every comment!
