Hey girl, hey! This is a fun and easy project to do for the kiddos! They can even help with it by choosing “littles” to go on it, helping to place the items or, if they are old enough, they might help with gluing the pieces to magnets. It’s a busy board they can have fun with while creating various scenes!
*Disclaimer: I used flat, thin magnets for this project. Be sure to consider the age of child before using magnetic pieces.

Let’s make it!
I used this framed metal sheet from Dollar Tree, alphabet magnets I found a while back, Scrabble letters and a little string of Christmas lights (they don’t light up, just decorative).

I started out by hot gluing the green rick rack around the top edge, and white lace trim along the outside edges.
I cut pieces of the magnets and added them to the Scrabble letters, painted the snowman white and added magnets to the Christmas tree. There are 12 in the pack!

I cut pieces of the magnets and glued them onto each item for the busy board using hot glue.
The pieces can be stored in the little muslin bags from Dollar Tree!

And we have a great gift idea for the little ones in our lives! You could even make one with the child’s name and put several together for a big busy board or a game board.

Let me know in the comments what you might add to your busy board! I appreciate each and every one of you!
Thanks so much for stopping by,
XOXO Erin
